All 5th and 6th grade students are welcome to join the OPE Bulldog Choir. Rehearsals take place before school from 7:25 to 7:50 a.m. in the Music classroom. Rehearsals take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The 6th graders will start in September and the 5th graders will join rehearsals in November.  Choir enrollment during the first semester is open until September 10, 2024; during the second semester, enrollment will be open from March 25- April 1, 2025.

 

Throughout the school year, members of the OPE Bulldog Choir will focus on the following goals:

• Developing not only music skills, but skills for life.
• Having opportunities to be creative and express ourselves.
• Learning awesome songs in a variety of musical styles.
• Becoming a member of a vocal performance group that supports each other.
• Having lots of FUN!
